Refund Policy

Returns 
Our return policy is valid up to 30 days after date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.)  Refunds are usually processed within 7 days from when we receive the product. 

Shipping

DO NOT SHIP your product back to us until you receive your Return Authorization Code. To return your product, you should mail your product along with Return Authorization to: 1 Royal Palm Way PH302  Boca Raton FL 33432, United States 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
